Your quotes, jobs and invoices. In one place. Built round you.
One platform instead of four subscriptions. We write it ourselves, so when you need something that is not in there, you ask and we build it.
- Quotes and invoices
- Jobs and calendar
- Chasing that runs itself
- Ask for anything

How much are you owed right now?
Most people running a small service business cannot answer that. Not through carelessness. Through busyness.
The same goes for how many quotes are sitting unanswered, what you pay for software each month, and which customers from last year never came back.
You have probably got four or five things on the go. One for quotes, one for the books, a spreadsheet, a group chat, and a notebook in the van. None of them talk to each other, so the joining up happens in your head, at nine at night.
One place, from first enquiry to money in the bank.
A job starts as a lead and ends as a paid invoice. BSK View runs the whole of it.
Lead comes in.
Enquiries land in one place instead of three.
Quote goes out.
Branded, on your prices, and you can see when they have opened it.
Job gets booked.
On the calendar, with everything attached to it.
Invoice gets sent.
And chases itself, politely and once, if it goes overdue.
You get paid.
It turns up empty.
Most business software arrives full of things you will never use. This does not.
When you sign in for the first time there is one screen. Not forty.
You answer three short questions about what you do. Then you get a handful of suggestions for the bits that would actually help, and you add them one at a time. Each one walks you through setting itself up.
If you never need job costing, you never see job costing.

Then you add what you need.
Modules switch on one at a time. Add them when you need them, not because they came in the box.

Not there? Ask us, and it gets built.
Ask for anything. We will price it. You decide.
Most software makes you fit its roadmap. Ours has room for yours.
Something missing? Something that would save you an hour a week? Ask.
It comes to us, we price it, and a proposal comes back into your workspace with the one-off cost, the monthly cost and the yearly cost. You accept it, decline it, or ask questions. No phone calls, no chasing.
- A checklist that matches your gas safety visits
- Your own rate card pulled through into every quote
- The one report your accountant keeps asking for
The request going in
The priced proposal coming back
What are you actually paying for?
A business we sat down with recently was paying around £250 a month across their tools. About £180 of that is work BSK View already does.
Most people cannot say what their total is without going and looking.
Work out your own numberFind your next customer.
Most business software helps you manage the customers you have already got. This goes and finds you new ones.
Search the Companies House register for businesses near you. See who runs them, what else they run, whether they have got a website, and how likely they are to need what you do.
Turn the good ones into leads without typing anything twice.
Best suited to businesses who work for other businesses.
Built by the people who build it.
BSK View is made by a small British software team. We are not reselling somebody else’s platform and we are not waiting on a roadmap committee.
That is why “ask for anything” is a real offer. When you ask for something, it goes to the people who wrote the thing you are asking about.
We have been building software for service businesses for years, including bespoke job systems that keep working in a van with no signal.
Two plans. Priced per business.
Base is £45 a month and runs the work you have got. Autopilot is £74 and goes and finds you more.
Those are the annual rates. Month to month is £49 and £79. Both plans include asking us for anything you need building.
See what is in eachThe questions we get asked.
I have not got time to learn another system.
You do not have to learn it all. It arrives with one screen, you answer three questions, and you add things as you need them. Each one walks you through setting itself up.
My spreadsheet works fine.
It probably does, until a quote goes unanswered for three weeks or an invoice sits unpaid because chasing it is awkward. The spreadsheet is not the problem. Remembering to look at it is.
Will my team actually use it?
It works on any phone, and there is nothing to install. If someone can use WhatsApp, they can use this.
What if I need something that is not in there?
Ask us. We price it, you decide, and we build it. That is the point of the whole thing.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It is yours. Export it and go.
Am I tied in?
Monthly plans you can cancel whenever. Annual plans are a cheaper rate for a year.
How long does it take to get going?
Once you are in, setting up takes a couple of minutes. How long before it is genuinely useful depends on how much you put in, and the free first month is there for exactly that.
We are taking on ten businesses to start.
BSK View is new. We are working with a small first group so everyone gets proper attention while we build the things they ask for.
You can talk to us before you decide anything.
