BSK View is a trading name of Tavern Creative Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11100975. Our registered office is 84 Abbots Walk, Wye, Kent TN25 5ES.

“We” and “us” on this page mean Tavern Creative Ltd. “You” means whoever is using the site.

It describes what BSK View does, what it costs, and how to talk to us about it. Using this website commits you to nothing: filling in the contact form is a request for a conversation, not an order, and joining the waiting list is a request to be told when we open. Neither commits either of us to anything.

Starting a free trial is a different matter, and it will not happen here. We are not open for signups yet. When we are, it will happen on the product itself rather than on this website, and what you agree to there is covered by its own terms rather than by this page.

Nothing on it is a contractual offer, and nothing on it is advice you should act on without talking to us first. The savings calculator is a rough guide built from figures you type in yourself, not a quote and not a promise about what you would save.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

We keep this site accurate and up to date, but the product is actively being built and prices, features and descriptions can change without notice.

A price shown here is the price at the time you are reading it. The price that binds either of us is the one written into an agreement we both sign.

We can also change these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when we last did.

Using the BSK View product is a separate matter with a separate agreement, which sets out the service, what it costs, what happens to your data inside it, and how either side ends it. Nothing on this page governs that. Nothing on this page is that agreement.

Those terms are published at app.bskview.com/terms, alongside the privacy notice for the product itself. You can read both before you sign up, and you are welcome to ask us about either at any point.

Everything on this site, the words, the design, the logo, the name BSK View and the software behind it, belongs to us or is used with permission. Copyright and all other rights are reserved.

You are welcome to read the site, print a page and share a link to it. You may not copy the content and publish it as your own, use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, or scrape the site to train or build something else.

If you would like to use something from here, ask. The answer is usually yes.

We do our best to keep this site available and correct, but we cannot promise it will never be offline, never contain an error and never be out of date.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss you suffer from relying on the site’s content, from the site being unavailable, or for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from your use of it.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where we link to someone else’s site, we do it because it is useful, not because we control what is on it or endorse it. What happens once you leave here is between you and them.

What we collect and what we do with it is set out on our privacy and cookies page. The short version: one form, asking for four things, so that we can ring you back. No cookies, and one item in session storage if you use the savings calculator, which that page explains.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from this website.
