Ask for anything. We will price it. You decide.
Most software makes you fit its roadmap. Ours has room for yours.
How it works.
You ask.
From inside your workspace, in your own words. No ticket system.
We price it.
One-off cost, monthly cost, yearly cost. All three, up front.
You decide.
Accept, decline, or ask questions. Nothing happens until you say so.
We build it.
It appears in your workspace.
What it costs.
Priced per request, because a checkbox and a new module are not the same job. You see the full cost before anything starts, and you are never charged for asking.
The kind of thing people ask for.
Small
- A checklist that matches your gas safety visits.
- Your own rate card pulled through into every quote.
- The one report your accountant keeps asking for.
Larger
Replacing something you currently pay for elsewhere.
Replacing what you already pay for.
When you ask us to replace a tool, you do not get a copy of it. We ask what you actually use it for, and more usefully, what you never touch. Then we build the three or four things you rely on, fitted to how you work.
Most people use a fraction of what they pay for. That fraction is the bit worth rebuilding.
What we will not build.
- Anything that would put your data or anyone else's at risk.
- Anything that breaks the rules you work under, or ours.
- Anything so specific to one business that it would make the product worse for everyone else.
Sometimes the answer is no, and you will get a reason rather than a queue.
