Your data, and what we do with it.

Plain answers, without the security theatre.

Your workspace is separate.

Every business on BSK View has its own isolated workspace. No other business can see your customers, your quotes or your figures, and that separation is enforced at the database, not just in the interface.

We can. A small number of people at BSK can see what is in your workspace, because nobody can help you when something goes wrong without being able to look at it. Nobody else can.

Who else touches it.

Supabase holds everything. Vercel hosts it. Resend sends your emails. Stripe handles your subscription payment to us. Prospect Finder searches the public register of UK companies, which sends a search out rather than sending anything of yours.

That is the whole list.

Where your data lives.

Your database, your logins and your files are one thing in one place, and that place is the UK. It runs on AWS in London.

Vercel, Resend and Stripe are American companies and may process data outside the UK. Where that happens it is covered by the standard contractual clauses, which is what our privacy notice says too.

Nothing watches how you use it.

There is no analytics in the product. No tracking SDK, no session recording, no heatmaps, and no error reporting service. Nobody is watching how you or your team move around it, because there is nothing in there doing the watching.

We do not sell it, and we do not train on it.

We will not sell your data and we will not use it to train anything. Those are promises rather than technical facts, so here is the plain version: it is yours, we hold it so the software works, and if that ever changes you would hear it from us first.

Your card details never reach us.

Payments run through Stripe's own hosted checkout, so your card is entered on Stripe's page rather than on ours. We never see or store a card number.

That is how you pay us for BSK View. It is not a way for your own customers to pay an invoice online, which is not something the platform does yet.

If you stop paying, you are not locked out.

The workspace goes read-only rather than shut. You can still sign in, and your quotes, jobs, invoices and customers are all still there and still readable. You just cannot add to them until you subscribe again, which you can do whenever you are ready. Nothing is waiting behind a paywall when you come back: it picks up where you left off.

Any quote or invoice you had already sent carries on working for the person you sent it to. They can open it, download it, and accept a quote, exactly as before, whatever is happening with your subscription. That is deliberate: your billing is not your customer's problem.

Leaving.

Your data is yours and you can take it with you without asking. Settings has a download of the lot: a file per record type, your quotes and invoices as PDFs, and any attachments. It works whether or not your subscription is running.

If you cancel, we keep everything for 90 days in case you come back, and we tell you before anything goes: four times, starting the day you cancel. We build that download for you automatically and we will not delete anything until it is ready. Come back inside the 90 days and none of it happens.
